Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy
At Earning Planer IT Services, we are committed to delivering high‑quality digital solutions. Because our services are custom‑built and digital in nature, we maintain a strict no‑refund policy once work has commenced. This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our team, ensuring clarity and fairness for all parties.
2. No Refunds After Project Commencement
Once we begin work on your project, all payments made are non‑refundable. This includes the initial deposit, milestone payments, and any final balance. Work is considered to have commenced when:
- We have shared a project proposal and received your approval (verbal or written).
- We have started design, development, or any other service‑related task.
- Any files, assets, or information have been exchanged to begin the project.
The reason is simple: our time, expertise, and resources are allocated to your project from the moment we agree to proceed. Even if you later decide not to continue, we have already invested effort that cannot be recovered.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel the project before any work has started, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, minus any administrative fees (e.g., payment gateway charges, proposal preparation time). Typically, we charge a nominal fee of 25% of the project value (whichever is lower) to cover initial consultation and administrative costs. This only applies if absolutely no work has been performed.
4. Milestone Payments & Partial Completion
For larger projects, we often structure payments into milestones (e.g., 30% upfront, 30% after design, 40% on delivery). Each milestone payment corresponds to a specific deliverable. Once a milestone is paid and the associated work is delivered, that portion is considered final and non‑refundable. If you cancel mid‑project, you will not be refunded for completed milestones, and you will be required to pay for any work already done up to that point.
5. Hosting & Subscription Fees
Monthly hosting/maintenance fees (e.g., ₹200–₹1500 per month) are billed in advance and are non‑refundable for the month they cover. You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a full backup of your website/data, and you may migrate to another provider (one‑time migration fee may apply).
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, fires, natural disasters, or internet outages. In such events, refunds will not be issued for delays; however, we will make every effort to resume work as soon as possible.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about billing or the quality of work, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues amicably. If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, the dispute will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend all work and access to any deliverables immediately. The client will be responsible for all costs incurred in disputing the chargeback, including legal fees. We will provide evidence of work completed and the signed agreement to the payment provider.
9. How to Request a Refund (if applicable)
While refunds are generally not provided after work begins, you may submit a written request to us if you believe an exception applies (e.g., we failed to deliver a promised feature that is essential and not fixable). All refund requests must be sent to support@earningplaner.com with the subject "REFUND REQUEST" and include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Project details (start date, proposal reference).
- Specific reasons for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation.
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion.
